The OHCA Quality Focus is a bi-monthly newsletter developed by the Ohio Health Care Association and its affiliates, the Ohio Centers for Assisted Living and the Ohio Centers for Intellectual Disabilities. The articles are contributed by long term care professionals throughout the continuum of care, as well as providers of products and services who support the profession. Quality Focus will delve into the many faces and facets of quality, offering resources for use by the reader in learning more about the services offered within the profession and the challenges we meet along the way.
