Membership Information
Home Care & Hospice Membership is open to any licensed and/or certified business that provides home care and/or hospice services in Ohio. All providers under common ownership and/or operational control must apply for membership.

Industry Partner Membership OHCA Industry Partner Membership is open to persons and/or organizations involved with, or have a business or personal interest in the industry, except for those eligible for regular OHCA, Assisted Living, Home Care/Hospice, or ID/DD membership, or entities having ownership or control of a provider eligible for membership. Industry Partner Membership in OHCA is not transferrable to membership in the American Health Care Association.
