Assisted Living
Membership is open to all assisted living facilities in Ohio. All facilities under common ownership and/or operational control must apply for membership. Membership also includes membership in AHCA's National Center for Assisted Living.

Home Care & Hospice
Membership is open to any licensed and/or certified business that provides home care and/or hospice services in Ohio. All providers under common ownership and/or operational control must apply for membership.

ID/DD
Membership is open to all ICF/IID facilities and ID/DD waiver service providers in Ohio. All providers under common ownership and/or operational control must apply for membership. Membership includes American Health Care Association membership and ANCOR membership for eligible providers.

Skilled Nursing
Membership is open to any licensed and/or certified nursing home/facility in Ohio. All facilities under common ownership and/or operational control must apply for membership. Membership in OHCA also includes membership in the American Health Care Association.

Industry Partner Membership
OHCA Industry Partner Membership is open to persons and/or organizations involved with, or have a business or personal interest in the industry, except for those eligible for regular OHCA, Assisted Living, Home Care, Hospice, or ID/DD membership, or entities having ownership or control of a provider eligible for membership. Industry Partner Membership in OHCA is not transferrable to American Health Care Association membership.
