2011 Top Resident Satisfaction Survey
Scores
Ohio's Resident Satisfaction Survey asks family members of skilled
nursing facility patients about their satisfaction with over 60 aspects of the
facility's services. The survey is conducted
by the Scripps Gerontology Center of Miami University, under contract with the
Ohio Department of Aging (ODA). In
alternate years, ODA contracts for interviews of skilled nursing facility
families. The satisfaction
questionnaires were developed by impartial researchers and tested to ensure
their validity. The ratings are based on
two key questions: "Overall, do you like this facility?" and
"Would you recommend this facility to a family member or friend?"
Congratulations to our member facilities for earning
recognition from their residents and the Ohio Department of Aging in the
resident satisfaction surveys conducted last year.

recognized by ODA for being among the top 25 skilled nursing facility resident
satisfaction surveys:
